“Would not recommend this supplier. Totally let down with little to no communication unless you called them multiple times. We chose this supplier as they claimed they could deliver in a short delivery window, but then called up to speak to Sam Elliot the account manger on the day or supposed delivery and his colleague said he had no idea why he took the order as they couldn’t delivery for another three weeks. This was a week after the order was paid for and none of the items had even gone to production. Had to chase multiple times for updates on the cancellation of the order. Unhappy end client who didn’t receive the goods. Go elsewhere and don’t risk it.”

“The Branded Company always provide us with a great service. We frequently have last minute orders that Sam always manages to arrange to get out to us on time. Sam is always on the ball, gets back to me really quickly with queries, and is always super friendly, even if he must be cursing me in his head with the short notice I give them, changes to designs after the cut off, and harrassing him with emails about delivery.”

From the moment I started my order, Muzi was incredibly helpful, expertly guiding me through the product selection process with plenty of visuals and insightful feedback.
