We ordered travel mugs and pens from the Branded company which arrived in good time for a conference. The pens write smoothly and feel high-quality, and the travel mugs are sturdy and stylish. The branding looks clean and professional.

One of my parcels with t-shirts has never been delivered... DPD - 9731527329. The post code address was wrongly written in my first shipment as well.

Dear Mario Thank you for sharing your feedback. My name is Chet, and I’m the Sales Manager. I wanted to personally address the concerns you raised regarding the delivery of your t-shirts. Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and I appreciate you taking the time to bring it to our attention. To clarify what happened: • For the first shipment, there was an error in the postcode, which unfortunately led to the package being delivered to the wrong location. This was our mistake, and we accepted full responsibility at the time, along with issuing an apology and arranging for a replacement shipment. • For the second shipment, the correct postcode and a contact number were provided. However, the courier (DPD) was unable to deliver the package on two occasions as no one was available to receive it. Consequently, the package was returned to us. Once we were made aware, we worked with you to arrange delivery to an alternative address, where the t-shirts were successfully delivered as per the tracking information. Although the second delivery was delayed, this was due to access issues beyond our control. However, I completely understand how this may have added to your frustration, and I truly appreciate your patience as we resolved the matter. We are always striving to provide the best possible service, and I want to reassure you that we take feedback like this seriously to ensure we improve for the future. Used the comapny lasy year and the were really good, went to order some new souvinrs for our shop, and we were told that we would hear back asap, a month down the line, have heard nothing- tried to email them but emails kept boucing back. Phoned up and was told that the man that was dealing with my order had left. ( no one had emailed to informed this to us) was given a different email and still bounced back.This has wasted alot of valuble time.

Good morning Anya I hope your well. We have just noticed the 2 star review that has been left on our reviews site. Can i just ask please is there anything else i can do to assist you further. As mentioned yesterday I have looked around several suppliers to see if they have the required colour available but unfortunately it seems that we do not have stock available currently of the blue or blue/white beach balls. I am more than happy to look at a different colour for you if you could let me know which other colours could work for you?
