Uploaded our logo to be printed double-sided on a bag. Artwork mock-up showed the logo on one side + name of the type of bag on the 'other' (i.e placeholder text) Asked for our logo to be printed on both sides and signed it off Bags arrived with our logo on one side and the name of the bag on the other side Branded Company will accept no liability or blame because I 'signed it off' (despite me saying that I wanted our logo on both sides of the bag) Incredibly poor customer service. Will not be using them again. Avoid.

To ensure all our products meet your exact specifications, we always provide pre-production proofs for your full review and approval before moving forward with printing. As the proof was approved by you, we proceeded with production based on that confirmation.

I just asked for a price, I kept getting links and messages saying look at link. Could a simple price not have been given. Decided not to use as I’m not very computer literate and they didn’t make it easy.

Would not recommend this supplier. Totally let down with little to no communication unless you called them multiple times. We chose this supplier as they claimed they could deliver in a short delivery window, but then called up to speak to Sam Elliot the account manger on the day or supposed delivery and his colleague said he had no idea why he took the order as they couldn’t delivery for another three weeks. This was a week after the order was paid for and none of the items had even gone to production. Had to chase multiple times for updates on the cancellation of the order. Unhappy end client who didn’t receive the goods. Go elsewhere and don’t risk it.

I paid a lot of money for branded pens which had a paltry amount of ink in them. In fact, the fact they were wooden eco friendly pens made it even worse

We used the branded company for our exhibition and were expecting them to deliver 3000 branded tote bags to the NEC. Firstly they attempted delivery on the wrong date which meant that the bags were sent back to the supplier, missing the first day of our event. They then "attempted redelivery" but myself and the venue had no contact from them. The bags showed up a month after our event to our offices. We had delayed updates on what was going on and no compensation. The bags are now worthless and there were a lot of unhappy delegates onsite. I would avoid working with them in the future and I really need to trust a supplier to avoid being in this situation again. I can see people leaving reviews with similar issues and wish I'd checked here first.

The Branded Company produced good-quality tote bags, which we were excited to showcase at a major international conference, but let us down with their poor delivery service. Despite placing the order well in advance, they failed to deliver the bags on time, leaving us in a very difficult situation. With the conference fast approaching, we had to scramble to find an alternative courier just a day before the event, as the replacement offered by the company did not guarantee delivery before 4 pm. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety for us, as we were unsure whether the bags would arrive on time. When, after the event, we reached out to the company and requested that at the very least they cover the cost of the courier we had arranged, they refused, showing a lack of empathy towards our predicament. If you then want to escalate the issue, they make it very clear that they don't have a complaints procedure. In hindsight, we would not recommend this company if you want good-quality tote bags delivered on time.

Firstly, I'm glad you found our promotional bags to be of great quality when you ordered with us back on October 23 for an event. I have spoken to the team to understand the issue here. The courier APC should have collected your bags from the print house for delivery next day. As we use commercial courier services, this is an infrequent occasion. We wanted to arrange a special one day courier to your event free of charge, but you refused and wanted to arrange your own van. What a con 5p ear buds but then £15 postage so your still paying paying £15 for them can get them on e bay and amazon cheaper with free delivery not £15 there's no way do they cost £15 to post so your paying for them but it's disguised as postage

a bit of unfair comment, Samples are free unless they are high value items from outside of the UK. £30 is for the sample and carriage, the same item on Amazon is £43 + vat

They ask to approve art work 2x, they made mistake in printing/engraving and then are trying to get away with it by saying no guarantee as it was mentioned in small print error can happen. No one actually warned about this as such and example which was sent was without that. Instead of refund or redoing work offering discount on new order, so it makes sense to order same thing and get it with mistake?
