From the first conversation to the final delivery, the entire process was smooth, professional, and super efficient. The quality of the t-shirts is excellent — soft, comfortable, and durable — and the print looks fantastic. Our logo and design came out crisp, vibrant, and exactly how we envisioned it. “I’ve used The Branded Company twice now for the same product—68g Jelly Beans in corporate packaging. One of the main reasons I chose them was their use of recyclable packaging, which was essential for me and not widely offered by other merchandise providers. On both occasions, I’ve worked with Sales Director Ethan Fahy, which has been a real advantage. Ethan is consistently responsive, attentive, and proactive. He kept me informed throughout the process, collaborated smoothly with my graphic designer, and communicated any updates promptly—including an earlier-than-expected delivery, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, my experience with The Branded Company has been excellent: efficient service, a cost-effective, sustainable product, and a high level of professionalism from Ethan Fahy. I would confidently recommend them.”

“This is my third or fourth time working with The Branded Company and our fantastic account manager, Steve. The merchandise is always high quality, well-priced, and delivered quickly. I’ve ordered travel mugs, tote bags, pens, and wireless chargers — and every step of the process, from requesting a quote to placing the order and receiving it, has been exceptional. “Ordered drawstring bags, bottles, lanyards, trolley tokens and enamel badges. Great communication with the team. Artwork spot on and reactive to collaboration. Quick turnaround considering changes too and all delivered on time or earlier than originally thought. The team loved the products and we've just ordered more items and restock of others.
