“Quote was good but on ordering the colour was not available. Steve Worthy was able to sort a change to another colour and get the A5 notepads to me very quickly. Good product good service slightly let down by the initial colour availability but recovered significantly by Steve's stirling effort.”

“Steve Worthy of The Branded company was helpful assisting with the design of our pens. I was hesitant about paying for the order before production but understand the risk to the company otherwise and can confirm that I would now be confident about doing the same in future. I did have a worry when the bank account name did not correspond with that on the invoice. This was clarified very quickly by the company via Steve. I would recommend The Branded Company.”

“I found this company online and requested a quote which was given very quickly. They also offered a free visual of your product of choice showing what your branding would look like, a very helpful thing as I can’t visualise things easily. We also ordered some pocket tools and even though we had paid for it, it was then told to us that the specific item could not be branded and so with our request they refunded the money for those. We had ordered snoods and they arrived in time and look and feel great. I have to say Sam Lane, the sales director was very efficient in responding to my many emails and requests and over all, I found dealing with this company an absolute pleasure!!!”
