“Sadly one star less, because everything was amazing - just the pens came one day too late. Sam Lane helped me a lot and always answered super fast. It was amazing!”

“The site itself offers a great range of products i ordered two in bulk. Sadly I wasnt happy with one of the products ordered - the product description left a lot to be desired and assumed, but nethertheless the gentleman (Steve Lenton-Worthy) who supported me in the process was very helpful and very quick to respond - fab customer service!”

“The process was very simple and adaptable for our requirements, for ordering personalised badges. Sam got in touch with us from beginning to end, to arrange the order and we were pleased with the finished product. “Dan was great and helped me out with everything I needed. Some of the quality of the actual items (bags) wasn't as good as I had hoped but any issues were sorted really quickly. Delivery was fairly speedy and Dan worked really hard to pull out all the stops to get me stuff when I needed it. All in all, I would definitely use them again.”

“This was my first time using The Branded Company and Ethan was amazing at helping me find some last minute items and ensuring they arrive on time. The only reason it's a 4 star instead of 5 is because some of the mugs arrived damaged, so could have done with better packaging. That said, Ethan sorted it out no quibble!”

“Managed to produce our order with a quick turnaround time, the team were communicative and helpful (and the items even arrived a day early!) Would probably not order the same items again (the quality was not great - but we did choose the cheaper end of the spectrum) however we can't fault the value for money and the print quality.”

“Very pleased to work with Steve Worthy @TheBrandedCompany. We needed a quick turnaround on teddy bears and pencils, and this was achieved with a competitive price as well. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, although it might have been helpful to have been warned that black printing on the dark coloured pencils would not show up, and we would have amended our colour choice accordingly. That said, all products were good quality, well priced and received very quickly. Thank you.”

“I was pleased with the finished product. The process was rather protracted as we moved from one point of contact to a different person but we got there in the end!”

“The quoting process with The Branded Company was really good, Drew was very helpful and informative. We received the bottles and notepads pretty quickly and the products are great. We also ordered Pens and a tablecloth which have yet to be received and we had little communication from Drew as to when we would get delivery. As Drew is away on holiday Musi has taken over looking into getting the rest of our order to us. He has been fantastic at communicating what is happening with the order and getting the correct proofs over to me. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Musi after waiting a long time for the other half of the delivery to get to us.”
