“The plastic trolley tokens are great for our supporters and were delivered quickly. They are a much cheaper alternative than metal ones and work just as well in supermarket trolleys.”

“When I contacted The Branded Company, I had already wasted several hours and days dealing with a few other companies who had promised they could deliver, but then subsequently backtracked which was after all a fairly basic order, although of a time sensitive nature. Then Muzi Sacur stepped up; nothing seemed too much trouble, comms were outstanding and timely, leaving me assured and confident that my requirements were being fully met. Today my consignment arrived, well before time, but not as a complete surprise, as once again Muzi emailed me thus morning informing me of the impending delivery. Its customer service such as this, that doesn’t take much, but is seemingly disappearing from a number of U.K. suppliers, across a range of businesses, that truly does make a difference. Due to Muzi’s diligent and professional demeanour, not only will I be recommending The Branded Company to friends and colleagues, I will without doubt return for future business. I don’t often write reviews, and invariably when I do, it is in the face of atrocious customer service service, however, on this occasion, such were the excellent levels I received, that I felt compelled to leave this review on both The Branded Company, but in particular the efforts of Muzi Sacur.”

“I recently had the pleasure ofworking with Sam whilst purchasing promotional bags, and I could not be more impressed with the level of service he provided. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional mkaing the entire process smooth and stress free. What stood out the most was his willingness to go the extra mile. “Muzi has been a complete lifesaver, rescuing an order which had gone very badly wrong with almost impossible timescales. His communication was great, especially after Parcelforce lost / damaged (you knows??) our delivery. He performed miracles at the last minute to make sure we had products in time for our event”

“Muzi Sacur give me 1st class service fast and efficient. He was polite and helpful my order went smoothly his communication was amazing the print and quality of my products were outstanding.
