“I was really impressed with this company. The prices were very competitive compared to other companies we looked at. Our account manager, Silva, was incredibly helpful, sent over quotes and mockups for all the items we wanted and helped us work out what best to order given the tight turnaround we had before our event. I would fully recommend this company.”

“I had an urgent request for some branded merchandise which was needed next day and I found The Branded Company doing a Google search. I spoke with Sam Lane who was extremely helpful and efficient and managed to get our goods sent out on an express. Very happy customer, we will no doubt use them again”

“Uploaded our logo to be printed double-sided on a bag. Artwork mock-up showed the logo on one side + name of the type of bag on the 'other' (i.e placeholder text) Asked for our logo to be printed on both sides and signed it off Bags arrived with our logo on one side and the name of the bag on the other side Branded Company will accept no liability or blame because I 'signed it off' (despite me saying that I wanted our logo on both sides of the bag) Incredibly poor customer service. Will not be using them again. Avoid.”

As the proof was approved by you, we proceeded with production based on that confirmation.

“I had no idea where to start with getting wristbands relatively last minute for a big event we were planning. Happened upon The Branded Company and I'm so glad I did. Sam Lane immediately got back to me and dealt with many, MANY questions and revisions, and we got the order in just in time. The wristbands looked great and everyone at the event loved them. Plus, they were so reasonably priced. Great service all around, thank you Sam!”
