“The rug arrived very quickly and actually exceeded my expectations. However, the colour was light erthan I had thought and so wasn't quite right for me. I have attempted to return the rug and as it's large I need to wait for someone to arrange for collection. Unfortunately, 3 weeks in and despite weekly emails, I am no closer - no one has responded to my last email at all! So, whilst the rug is nice, the customer service is terrible!”

“The rugs did not arrive within 24 hours but I really didn’t mind that. However after nearly a week I contacted them contacted to see if they had any updates. They were very quick with their response and sent another order which I received 2 days later. The rugs are lovely and very good quality and knowing I can trust a company when things go wrong is so important. I would definitely and happily buy from them again. I’ve taken 1 star of due to the delivery company otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Thanks rugs.”

“A prompt delivery of a very nice rug. A little bit disappointed that after a week of being on the floor ontop of a carpet and dispite folding the rug in the opposite direction of the folds caused during transit, I still have folds. Also the rug moves so have needed to buy a rug gripper.”
