“I placed an order and within a couple of days I received a package. Unfortunately the mar I received wasn’t the one that I ordered so I emailed The Rugs and explained the situation. They were quick to respond and apologised for the error and said that they would send me the correct mat. This was received a couple of days later and I am very pleased with my purchase.
