“Product as described, delivery fast but £30 P&P was a bit pricey for what I ordered to travel about 100 miles. Understandably if if had weighed a lot but 30kg isn't much at all. I'd think twice about ordering again with that charge.”

“Ordered 30 brown treated softwood sleepers. They were delivered within a day or two, craned over my front hedge. I called customer service with a query about delivery, left a message and a human called me right back. Quality is great, they're straight, absolutely minimal damage from transit. Very pleased.”

“This was my second sleeper order with suregreen after the previous ones during COVID. Very prompt delivery. About 15 sleepers were delivered just about 2 days after placing the order. No complaints on the quality of the items.”

“Besides the good prices and free delivery, the delivery driver was amazing. My wife was working from home, so the driver did all the lifting himself. He also stacked them so perfectly, that we could still get the car out of our narrow drive. Big thanks to the driver.”

“I have ordered 4 Nos mesh and received 2 Nos after a week. No one called whereabout of other items. Eventually called and have been told that the other item will be delivered separately but when, no one know. Got a labour booked for weekend and therefore could not complete the job. Still awaiting for material!!!! Very poor communication. Will try to avoid next time.”

“Great products, good communication, but let down by delivery. I had two days when I received a delivery time slot, but the order was not delivered and there was nothing to say that the delivery had been cancelled for the day. Finally delivered on the third day, but had the two previous days with time wasted staying in for delivery!”
