“The delivery of my bulk item (20 railway sleepers) was arranged at a convenient date, the items arrived in perfect condition, exactly as expected. This was the first time i ordered from Suregreen and based on the results I'd happily go to them again.”

“Despite the very high delivery costs, delivery was very bad. We had no notification for when the items would arrive and when they did, a sleeper was missing.”

“Product and service buying my Sleeper was great. I paid £119 for delivery with a note saying I would have to help unload but when it was delivered I had to unloading all myself, luckily I had a friend close by to help. Disappointed paying that much for delivery and it's only to raod side. Great product and buying service just let down with delivery.”

“Last bought weed suppressing membrane. Have bought this before as well as netting tree stakes etc. Quality is always good and prices are competitive - I buy for garden and allotment, not acres of land. Delivery always prompt and well-packaged and great customer service. Highly recommend Suregreen over the DIY or garden centres.”

“Unfortunately the 1.2 m long softwood sleepers were undersized by 10mm making it very difficult to align with other 2.4 metre sleepers purchased. They were also poorly cut making them impossible to use without recutting if you wanted to achieve a neat 90 degree angle. I would not recommend buying this product length again.”

“Easy to use website, competitive price for sleepers. Expecting 5 days delivery but came within 2 days which was a great suprise. Also after reading reviews and delivery instructions it said to expect to handball them off the delivery lorry when outside of local catchment however they arrived on a pallet with the driver having an electric pallet truck so wife, son and myself were really pleased not having to carry them off”

“I used the Click & Collect option which was easy to use and allowed me to collect the items (2 planters) from Suregreen whereby I was assisted by their staff in loading my transport. I also enjoy the journey to Suregreen in the heart of the Essex countryside - made me appreciate what a great county I live in. Thanks”

“Item arrived, but wasn’t what was depicted in the photographs. I think the photos on the adverts should be changed. I realise that sometimes things are not what you expect but i was very disappointed with the replies I got with no opportunity to return the item as I was told I knew what I was buying.”
