“I'd give 5 stars if my missing screws turned up. Checked order on arrival, screw pack missing, informed driver, he said that was everything - wouldn't check the van, just wanted to get away. Still waiting to hear.”

I am sorry to hear you still have not located your ordered screws, I can see your order was showing fully delivered just 2 days after ordering, and the screws should have been wrapped to the ends of the timber. “Overall it’s excellent - quick delivery, good quality, looks neat, sensibly packed. The wire binding is very light gauge and may need some posts (or top and bottom rails) if it’s exposed to a lot of wind. I’d buy it again......”

“Excellent communication, delivered on time and driver had a powered pallet truck so was able to get up our slightly upward sloping drive. Haven't opened any soil bags yet so can't comment on soil quality at this stage, however reviews I read before ordering were highly praising.”
