“Good prices but inconsistant quality. I have used Suregreen for four jobs this summer, each time we had problems with the quality of about 20% of each order of both oak and beach, sleepers and posts. Bad warping, beatles still in the timber, rot from one side through to the other, edges missing due to cutting past the outer sap wood. Suregreen will only address extreme problems and even then it means returning to a job to complete the work. Some issues I have managed to work around but it has meant ordering additional material to cover problems. With a £130 delivery charge it is worth factoring that in before ordering!”

“Hard wood sleepers were all shapes the description stated they may not be true with some want edges but they are bent in all directions, no use for what they were intended for”

“I have given 4 stars as unfortunately the galvanized mesh panel that I purchased was bent and twisted on one end . fortunately I needed to cut the panel down to size anyway so this wasn,t a major problem otherwise I would have had to reject the delivery . I assume that the panel did not leave suregreen in this condition and was damaged in transport so maybe a little bit more thought needs to be given by your delivery partners by securing their loads . Thank you .Billy”

“I had 4 of the large planters on arrival one was damaged I took some photos and sent them back on the same day I had a replacement in the post,so I can’t fault suregreen thank you for a brilliant service I will certainly come back again Best wishes”

“The Bamboo Edging was delivered on time, was reasonably priced and as described. Liked the odd pointy bamboo, which would have been good, if fitting into earth, but as I was using the bamboo on the patio I cut them off.”
