“Excellent service from Suregreen. Product (wire mesh) was exactly as described. I was kept informed of delivery timescales by the company and the delivery company. It arrived on time and I’m very satisfied with the service.”

“Excellent Customer Service. We purchased rolls of lawn mesh and so far have laid half of it with very good results of our lawn re-appearing on a particular stretch that our large dog had pounded into just a dirt path.”

“We purchased an electric fence energiser from Suregreen and the whole transaction went like 'clockwork', from placing the order to receiving the item in double quick time, in short, couldn't wish for better. The energiser's working fine too. No connection with Suregreen except as a customer.”

“A quick and efficient service, and items were exactly as described and required. Items were delivered promptly, the only issue which may have been down to the carrier was the order was delivered over two days with two separate parcels.”

“Great service but must tell there warehouse to cover pallets with cement bags on the delivery as over half mine that where delivered had gone solid,no problem with a refund but had to go to the dump with 8 solid lumps of cement & order some more from a different company alot of hassle that could have been avoided if someone just had the thought to cover the delivery with polythene.”

“I needed some chicken wire in a hurry and you delivered to Yorkshire within 2 days. Unfortunately I under estimated how much I needed and consequently went to a well known company for an extra roll. It was of lower grade and more expensive. I would recommend anyone to use your company, helpful on the telephone, fast on delivery and top quality. Thank you.”

“Quite disappointed with the communication before delivery as l received an email approximately at 11.20 am informing me that my order would be delivered the same day, as l was already out on business it was impossible for me to get home for at least another 3 hours. On arriving home l found my order lent against my fence just inside my drive gates which were open. Why wasn’t the email sent the day before delivery ? and if my order had been stolen it would have caused all sorts of problems, and as l never signed for the delivery the blame would not have been left with me, a shame really because they era nice panels.”
