“Well for one you sent me the wrong size picket fence asked for 0.9 and you sent me 1.2 customer was adamant wanted it at 0.9 so spent a good couple of hours cutting them all down !! Would of sent them back but seemed like it would of been to long winded”

“Good quality sleepers, delivered on time. Only snag was they arrived on a pallet and the driver wanted to take them back a he didn't have a fork lift to unload and didn't want to wait for us to do it by hand. We persuaded him to wait though!”

“From a positive point of view the sleepers are just what I wanted, thanks. Sadly from a negative perspective I got 30 minutes notice from your deliverer whilst I was still at work on a “take it or leave it” basis. I had to mobilise my wife, her friend, and a neighbour at this short notice. The delivery man then insisted that the sleepers had to be unloaded with little or no assistance from him “for health and safety” reasons and the three really struggled with the 20 sleepers. You may wish to take this up with your delivery company.”

“Unfortunately the items I ordered didn't quite fit where I was to put them, so I had to return them. Throughout the process, Suregreen were as helpful as they could be and I was impressed by their courteousness and prompt attention.”
