“The product - Butterfly netting - was reasonably priced and delivered as promised. My only criticism would be that the parcel was seen to fall out of the delivery driver's car as she turned into a main road. Fortunately it was seen by an acquaintance of mine and was picked up (after been run over by a couple of cars). But apart from the bag being split, the product remained intact. Please change your courier so this does not happen again.”

“My beams arrived very dirty, the driver was unprofessional in his manner, many of the beams are cracked and warped, the price was OK but the quality of wood was not great, maybe kiln dry or season these pieces of timber before charging me half a thousand pounds. Hope this helps with future.”

“Excellent service. The plants arrive very promptly and in very good condition. I have planted them in large pots which I have now brought into the conservatory because they are good little plants and this weather is abysmal. I would definitely buy from Suregreen again.”

“Delivered two 50 metre rolls of chicken wire within 3 days. (Local suppliers told me it was difficult to source at the current time?) In the end only needed one roll to complete the job. Suregreen's return policy was super efficient.”

“I ordered the sleepers to be delivered to Bristol because the price was so good it even beat local timber yards with the delivery included. The sleepers arrived within 5 days are also really good quality so it’s been a pleasure dealing with Suregreen and I would do so again.”

“Quick and prompt delivery of our beech sleepers. They are now in our garden being used as retainers for raised beds and walls within a tiered garden. They look fantastic. Good quality timber.”

“I collected an emergency order of wooden stakes from the depot a few weeks ago with my girl friend and the service was awesome! We were offered coffee after a long 2 hour drive and the guy on customer service was very friendly! The wooden steaks were brilliant and they helped us mark out our mud run! Thanks guys!”
