“Great service Second time I’ve ordered bamboo first time I had them delivered this time I drove over and pick them up from the time I placed the order until I picked them up was about an hour and a half no problem they were ready even loaded them in the car for me great service thoroughly recommend them”

“excellent service. staff are very friendly and helpful. the person who was loading my van for me was also kind and helpful. 10/10 service. will definitely come here for my needs. hope it would be the same with other staff and would continue. would be nice if you can add delivery slots to your website so that the customer can get an idea of when they can have the product. the process is a little difficult for a first time customer. I had to call a few times before coming to check if you had the stock and of all clear. I was always waiting on the line with 10 people before me to speak to someone over phone. May be more staff needed.”
