“The website is quite helpful with lots of instructions. There is a bit of a logistics gap between placing the order and knowing when the delivery occurs. However, when I contacted them, they couldn't have been more helpful and when the crane driver came with the delivery, he was exceptionally helpful in placing the wood and soil carefully atop my garage roof..”

“The mesh was delivered quickly with email confirmation of time of delivery. Mesh cut easily and fitted to the pond. More than strong enough for a 25kg Bulldog to walk on without going in to the water (Bulldogs can’t swim) . Very pleased with the outcome.”

“A wouldn’t recommend using this company if you are in a slight rush for any products. I ordered 20 round posts a certain size. They came within the 5 days but the size was wrong and I also received only 5 the next 15 came the next day the wrong size, I got in contact and they said they would send out a new 20, a week on and I have only received 9, so two weeks after my order and I am still missing 11 posts, and the wrong size posts haven’t been picked up yet, absolutely shocking!”

I have spoken to the courier and have tracked your delivery and unfortunately, this had been misrouted to the wrong depot, they have advised me this will be delivered tomorrow and they will also collect the incorrect posts tomorrow. “I had an issue with magpies attacking my pond fish. suregreen supplied me with an ideal green plastic mesh which has cured the problem. it was perfectly sized for the job, and delivered on time. Thanks very much Suregreen”
