“It was hard work. Placed an order on Saturday morning and got a notification on Monday that it was 'out for delivery' without any prior communication to inform me. Needless to say, I was at work. Then rang and agreed delivery with Katie for Wednesday the next week only for Wednesday to arrive and no delivery despatch link. I had taken the day off! Now they say they'd moved the delivery to Thursday. Again, no prior communication. Then Katie again arranged delivery for Friday, only for me to get a call to say the delivery truck was faulty and they wouldn't be able to deliver. I was just going to cancel but Paul arranged an external courier. It was not a great experience. You would have had 1 star if not for the great customer service from your team.”

“The gravel described as Golden Flint gravel, graded as 20mms in size, does not match the image shown on the website of Sure Green even when wet. The gravel is described as Golden (Corn) Flint gravel on the label provided by the original supplier ( Long Rake Spar) and is graded as 10 -20 mms in size. The gravel is mostly buff in colour and does not have the browns and golden colours shown in the image and description and is a mix of stones between 10 - 20 mms.”

“Easy ordering and very efficient operation and, I think, a good price. All the gabion baskets arrived as expected and were well packaged. I have only opened one and it looks good quality and is easy to assemble. I probably won't get round to the others for a while. The order did not quite conform to expectations in that the four 450 mm square gabions have a 2 inch mesh. The other seven have a 75 mm (3 inch) mesh. They were all supposed to be 75 mm. I am not bothered by this mismatch, in fact the smaller mesh might be stiffer and comprises the ones that will need to be stood on at height, but it remains to be seen whether they link to the wider mesh gabions with using supplied spirals, as intended for my project. Luckily I added some thick (2.5mm) galvanised wire to the order to cover such eventalities, including internal bracing. I did not realise that hook wires were included, which was a nice surprise.”

“The product arrived damaged , so was dissapointed. But needed it for a job so made it work the best I could. Reported and sent pics and Suregreen were very apologetic and offered me some refund , which I was happy with. So thank you Suregreen and would use again.”
