About Sleep Earthed:

Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

“Bought my first grounding sheet the other week as I live in a high rise which gives little to no chance of grounding during the day... The minute I sat down on the sheet I could feel the stress literally being pulled out of me! I was very surprised at how relaxed I feel when on the grounding sheet, especially if you can have one or more points of contact on the sheet with your bare skin to earth the charge directly out of your body (feet and hands for instance). I'm very impressed and have recommended the products to ALL my friends who will probably ALL get one (or two). My sleep has improved greatly and I seem to get an extra hour or so sleep every night. I also am having such a deep sleep that I no longer am awakened during the night by noises outside! An excellent product that does exactly what it says on the tin. The only issue I have is NOT falling asleep on the grounding sheet in the afternoons when I should be doing something more important. I have missed more than one episode of Game of Thrones due to being lulled asleep and had to watch season 5 again ;) Just.... rest... my... eyes... ahhhh.... ZZzzzz.. Baaa Baa ba ba Baa Baa ba ba...... ZZzzz.... Can highly recommend the product (and I am probably buying another one too).”

“Since I have been earthing this last couple of weeks since receiving the fitted sheet I can honestly say that I feel more refreshed and energised in the morning and through the day. I feel calmer at work and my back and arms stiffness has disappeared. This is something that I have suffered with for many years, I have been unable to straighten my back from sitting position when getting out of the chair- also I had been unable to bend easily to pick something off the floor. This has all gone and I am flexible and happy- my family and work colleagues have all seen the difference in me and one colleague said yesterday that I am taller now! “Bought for my daughter, she was open minded but not overly hopeful. After a few nights I asked her if she wanted to keep the sheet. She said she was without question sleeping well and now over a fortnight later is in no doubt that it is positively impacting her sleep. A resounding success. I aim to buy further products for all the beds in the house!”

“It's been about three weeks since I started using and ......AMAZING, truly. Back in 2018, I fell downstairs at home, after which my feet became numb, I could go into detail but we won't. Since I started using, the numbness has decreased, not back to normal but getting there, also my sleep pattern has improved, I'm sleeping for longer and thus feel more refreshed on waking. If it continues at this rate maybe, just maybe I'll feel twentyone again....Yeah Right. “I was sceptical, but I’ve had the worst back pain straining my back getting my toddler out the cot and just generally holding him on one side of the hip. Anyway I sleep on the mat and I can honestly say hand on heart that when I wake in the morning I have no pain. I thought I’d have to go to a chiropractor but this has sorted it. I was waking up in the night with pain couldn’t get comfy. I sleep no trouble. I jump out of bed in the morning. A***”

“Following a friend's recommendation to ground myself, I started searching online and discovered earthing. I suffer with anxiety & panic attacks and am under great stress at present so I was willing to give anything a go. I took myself outside with my shoes & socks off & stood on the frozen earth for a few seconds (that's all I could bear) & did this 3x's. That night I had the best night's sleep in months! Thinking it might be a fluke, I did it again the following day & was the same that night. There had to be something to this! I googled earthing sheets and found Steve's company Sleep Earthed. I bought the small sheet and put it on my bed, plugged it in (it's not even switched on!) and went to bed. However, that night I felt so rough, sick, dizzy just not good. I immediately kicked the sheet off the bed & rang Steve the next day. ... He asked me if I slept with my phone by the bed & was it charging up overnight... of course, like most people, I do. He told me to unplug it and turn the phone off or take it out of the area. I did that, used the earthing sheet again & again had a really good nights sleep. Since that time (end Jan) I haven't really looked back. If I do wake up, I'm awake for minutes not hours & my anxiety has decreased so much I don't have to take any meds before bed or during the night. It has been a revelation. I still stand outside on the bare earth and get my earthing boost from good old Gaia but I know that when I go to bed I can get the much needed sleep & rest that my body & mind need. Thanks to Steve for all the advise given. I would definitely recommend anyone who is having difficulty sleeping to try these products (or in the very unlikely event it doesn't work for you, you can have a full refund - a win win situation!)”

“Due to not sleeping well for quite a while, I decided to purchase some of the Sleep Earthed Pillow Cases. After a few week's I was still waking in the night but I did notice that even though I was waking I fell back to sleep much quicker and never felt tired the following morning. However, after washing them on one occasion I did not put them back on, I had the worst night sleep that night. The pillow cases definately now go back on every night. I was sceptical whether they did help you sleep and from my experience they certainly do.”

“I’ve had 51 nights sleep on my ‘magic earthing sheets’. My sleep has gradually improved to the point where I fall asleep within 40 minutes, wake up only once and go back to sleep quickly. I now regularly average 6.5 to 7 hours sleep in total every night. I feel refreshed when I get up. I don’t feel sluggish or tired once up. Sleep Earthed was my last hope of a good nights sleep. I had made an appointment to see the Doctor about my poor sleep, but cancelled when I discovered Sleep Earthed. “Delighted with sleep earthed grounding double deep fitted sheet and superb customer care. I am an early grounding product trier but quality made and well fitting sheet, I’m recovering from multiple fractures currently and healing well so I’m sure grounding is assisting.
