Lovely soft fabric which I have placed across the bottom half of the bed. In 5 days of using the sheet i have noticed a reduction in my anxiety and better quality sleep. My OH, who is diabetic has been able to reduce his insulin by 6 units per day. Looking forward to hopefully seeing improvements in BP, neuropathy, sleep apnea, etc
