About Sleep Earthed:

Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

All of the other companies out there selling these types of product have them totally made in China and we are very different to that.

“Initially purchased for my elderly parents who had trouble sleeping for years. After trying for 2 weeks my mom said she didn't noticed any difference and same goes for my dad althought he admits he felt better energy in the mornings. Then I tried for my self and I believe it does make a difference to my sleep quality. I am a very bad sleeper my self but since using the SleepEarthed sheet I've notice an improvement in the quality of my sleep. I believe I sleep deeper and feel more energized in the morning. I also feel that this is an effect that slowlt builds up and as the time goes my sleep gets better and better. My husband also feels it is helpful. Overall I feel it does help improve the quality of sleep but it takes a feww weeks to really see the results.”

Sometimes people like your parents who may be overly sceptical and not get the science behind the product, will struggle with it initially. “I bought the earthed bedsheet and pillow case, and have been using it for about 3weeks now, I noticed my sleep improved slightly to about 6hrs a day, which used to be around 4 to 5 hrs. Also a reduced swelling on my leg.”

“I am well impressed with my mat . I generally have my bare feet on it for 4/5 hours every evening . I would say it has improved my sleep . I'm currently taking a lot of medication for a heart condition so I don't feel myself a lot of the time . This makes it hard for me to say if I feel any other benefits . All in all I'm a happy customer . Thank you .”

“I certainly didn't expect it to live up to the hype that the other brands push. But there is definitely something there. The wife no longer needs her pain relief cream for her arthritis in her knee and I do get better sleep overall.”

“Nice and soft very happy with the quality. Funny thing though for the first week or so I kept waking up 1 hour to early. My sleeping pattern is back to normal now. Apart from that I haven't noticed any difference up to now.”

“I have given 4 stars as I am sleeping every night on my grounding fitted sheet and do not know one way or the other if I feel any differant. The sheet fits my bed well and is comfortable to sleep on. I am 78years of age and will keep using the grounding sheet for the forseeable future.”

“My sleep is quite a bit improved but as this is quite soon after purchase I don't feel that this is yet very accurate. I am sure that if you contact me after a month or two I will have many more good things to say. I did make a separate earth to a new copper spike outside rather than use the house wiring earth. Hello Trevor and thanks for the review...... Its great to see you've been noticing a difference. We are just a little concerned about your earthing spike though....... In the leads we use, there is a 100 Kilo Ohm resistor built in and this is a safety measure against earth faults or lightning strikes on your home. If this is removed or not used, it could be a safety issue. If you need more advice on this please let us know..... Enjoy your Earthing journey ! “Very good product and ever so prompt service! Very impressed all round. Only thing I would say is that the pillow sets need an extra cable so that both cases can be ‘earthed’ to the socket! This either needs to be part of the kit or explained that you need to buy an additional cable.”

Hello Glenn and thanks for the review, Plugs and cables are optional on the pillow cases as some people use them standalone and some use them with bed sheets that are earthed already. If they are being used with an earthing bed sheet then they don't need to have a lead on them. That's why we make the plugs and leads optional on the website. “I am gradually sleeping a bit better since using the earthing sheet, although a set-back due to something else caused a few really bad nights. I’m still keeping a sleep diary to see if there’s an overall improvement and ideally im hoping to get back to sleeping 7-8 hours a night again!”

“Only had it short while but feel like my sleep is less jangled, and I am more comfortable when I wake up. Due to cost I decided to go for the single size but if you are lying with your whole body on it, it is quite a narrow strip and very long, a shape which feels a bit strange to my mind hence the 4 stars and not 5. Presume one doesn't need to have whole body on it and that it works through PJs?”

Hello Oriana and thanks for the review. Its great that its having a positive effect on you but let me just explain that to get the full benefit your body needs to be in some way touching the sheet. Through PJ's you wont get the real benefit, but hopefully as as you got the pillowcases and 1/2 sheet some of your skin is at least touching the sheet. We only make the half sheet because everyone else in the earthing world does and its the entry level product. Once you've worked out that earthing is for you, most of our customers go for the full sheet as it has a number of great advantages. # It doesn't ruck up when you sleep on it # You don't need to straighten it every day in the morning # more body coverage with a full sheet # it fits the bed perfectly and its stretched when fitted so no ironing ! “I was slightly sceptical about the earth sheet but I’ve got to say, I have had some of the soundest nights sleep since getting the sheet. I believe it works and I love being able to sleep through the whole night. Only way’s in which i think the sheet could be improve is having more colours available to match my bed sheet.”

Its great when we have e mails from clients who tell us they were not sure it would help and then low and behold they are getting better deeper sleep. Fantastic review and please keep in touch to tell us how much its improved. With respect to having different colours available, we are looking in to it, but its hard to know what colours to go for.
