About Sleep Earthed:

Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

All of the other companies out there selling these types of product have them totally made in China and we are very different to that.

“Comfortable well made sheet ,but sadly hasn't made a scrap of difference yet to my sleep ..I shall give it longer as it isn't yet 6 weeks which the friend who recommended it to me said it took to work for her . Will update later Delivery was excellent and the sheet arrived as promised next day”

“Have slept with sheet above bed sheet length wise for 3 weeks, not sure I sleep better but have noticed less sciatic pain.”

“The sheet seems to help with my sleep, but can't say I've noticed a difference to water retension in my legs. I'm quite disappointed with the foot mat, don't seem to notice any benefit from that, and find it very narrow?”

We understand that water retention can be a complex issue, and while results may vary, we would suggest a trip back to your doctor on this one. To be 100% clear we don't promote the products for reducing water retention as that wouldn't be a responsible thing to do for a UK manufacturer like ourselves. “The first four to five days of use produced absolutely no change. I was wearing v warm pbs which probably didn’t help. Then from about day 6 and after a change to v light pjsI felt more vitality and oomph and was delighted! I have slept rather better than before often awaking only once nightly and sometimes not at all. I do still have little relapses when the stéroïd treatment for an auto immune disease is reduced, but i am certainly more proactive, able to do a bit more of my own gardening and house work and generally speaking less of a blob! I am convinced the sheet is making a considérable difference to my well being! I have taken on board the advice given to have flesh in contact with the sheet and jettisoned the top half of my pjs. I willing get braver and lose the other half when the weather improves!”

“Can’t be 100% certain that it works, as I have changed a few things in my routine. But I think it really has helped. I sleep better, get up only once to use the bathroom now, and the pain in my legs that used to bother me in the night is just a faint memory or faint pain. I feel it’s the sheet that s done this. It’s 100% worth giving it a go. I’m a fan!!”

“The main benefit I find is that my sleep is very deep and refreshing. I do struggle to sleep but I am sure the sheet helps me with better quality sleep. The quality of the product is very good.”

“Must say I was expecting a bit more from this after reading the reviews on grounding sheet and the cost of the product. I choose this company as they seemed the best and are an English company. My legs and back do seem a bit easier in the morning when getting up but not as great as I was expecting. May be I was expecting too much with the cost and hype of the product”

Hello Bill and thanks for the review.... With grounding mats you are not on them all day usually, so we find that to get the most out of earthing the body you need a sheet which will give you 6-8 hours constant earthing a night. “I'm really pleased with my sleep earthed sheet. It has taken sleepless night right out of the equation for me. An absolute life changer! I have the fitted sheet and recovery bag. Minor gripe -maybe the recovery bag could be a little bigger... My wife says the sheet is not as soft as she would like and so isn't keen on using. But Im ok with it. Great company to buy products and deal with - very helpful.”

“Purchased an earthing plug for my existing earthing sheet. Original item when posted went missing however, after contacting retailer they rectified the problem and send a replacement which arrived 2 days later. Would buy again from this retailer.”

“Initially purchased for my elderly parents who had trouble sleeping for years. After trying for 2 weeks my mom said she didn't noticed any difference and same goes for my dad althought he admits he felt better energy in the mornings. Then I tried for my self and I believe it does make a difference to my sleep quality. I am a very bad sleeper my self but since using the SleepEarthed sheet I've notice an improvement in the quality of my sleep. I believe I sleep deeper and feel more energized in the morning. I also feel that this is an effect that slowlt builds up and as the time goes my sleep gets better and better. My husband also feels it is helpful. Overall I feel it does help improve the quality of sleep but it takes a feww weeks to really see the results.”

“I bought the earthed bedsheet and pillow case, and have been using it for about 3weeks now, I noticed my sleep improved slightly to about 6hrs a day, which used to be around 4 to 5 hrs. Also a reduced swelling on my leg.”

“I am well impressed with my mat . I generally have my bare feet on it for 4/5 hours every evening . I would say it has improved my sleep . I'm currently taking a lot of medication for a heart condition so I don't feel myself a lot of the time . This makes it hard for me to say if I feel any other benefits . All in all I'm a happy customer . Thank you .”

“I certainly didn't expect it to live up to the hype that the other brands push. But there is definitely something there. The wife no longer needs her pain relief cream for her arthritis in her knee and I do get better sleep overall.”
