“I looked forward to receiving my earthing mat, hoping it would perform as the adverts boasted. Unfortunately I was very disappointed as it did not improve my anxiety and inability to relax in any way. I felt absolutely no difference even after using it regularly as advised. Waste of money! Just glad now that I didn`t fork out for a full sheet!”

Hello Lorna, Thanks for your review and we are sad to hear that the earthing mat didn't meet your expectations. With the mat, you need to have direct skin contact with it and you place your feet on the same side as the popper connection. The rear of the mat isn't conductive, so if that's the side you have been using, then that is the reason you've seen no benefit. Also, with products like this we certainly don't boast about the products effectiveness, but different people take different lengths of time to respond to earthing their bodies. Hello Polly and thank you for the review...... Depending on what you were trying to achieve with the Earthing Pillow Case, we note that you got it around the 17th January 2024. Its likely that you've been using it for around 2-3 weeks at most as a guess. For most people who buy from us, they are looking for it to help them sleep better. For some its almost an instant positive improvement and for some at the other end of the spectrum it can take months for it to make a difference. These would be the long suffering insomniacs. In todays society when we are used to "click and collect" and "take two Nurofen and the headache goes away", using natural therapies like Earthing, the result may take a little longer.
