“Havent really noticed any difference since using the earthing blanket other than initially a few less visits to the toilet during the night. Sleep is about the same. I was hoping the blanket would help with long term morning pain from a fractured ankle but nothing significant to report.”

“I have to say that we haven't had any dramatic happenings! My sleep pattern has altered and I know wake up earlier than previously. My wife still struggles to get to sleep as previously which is disappointing. Perhaps I am now getting lass brain fog when I wake. We will persevere as there are hidden benefits that can't be easily quantified.”

Hello Kevin, Things to look out for as a sign its starting to work are......... Fall asleep quicker, Dreaming is more vivid, If you wake up in the night its easy to get back to sleep. Some people miss these tell tale signs. If you happen to be an insomniac, then it can take quite a while to fully see the benefits, as you are trying to fix a very deep rooted problem here. Thanks for the review.... This is for us a kind of supplementary product to our bedsheets and its in fact an 80cm square meditation mat. So yes its quite small, but maybe you need to spend longer using it and remember you need skin contact to make it work. No skin contact = No earthing. “Sheet seems ok not convinced of it's benefits main problem is it's too big and elastic not strong enough to keep it on mattress when sleeping always finding it in a pile in middle of mattress”

Hello Kevin, Thanks for your review. The sheet you purchased which is for a standard double bed will fit all mattresses with up to a 28cm depth. If your mattress depth is over 28cm, then you need our sheet that is designed for deeper mattresses up to 32cm in depth. But if its rucking up in bed that much, you must be a very restless sleeper indeed or more likely its the wrong sized sheet for your bed....... As per the benefits of the sheet, sometimes you need to have to wait a little for your body to start working with the sheet, as you are not in control of when this will work unfortunately. “I have been using this sheet for a couple of months now but haven’t noticed a difference in my sleep quality unfortunately. However I am lead to believe that the improvement can take some time so I will continue to use for now. Will be disappointed if this has no impact longer term as it wasn’t’ cheap!”

Just checking that the sheet isn't covered by another top sheet as if it is, that's why you are not perhaps feeling any benefit as yet. “I've been using the mat for a few months now and I'm not sure if it has made a real difference. I'm more aware of my sleeping time as I have been recording details on the sheet provided. As a woman of a certain age I still wake up with hot flushes etc. but I think my sleeping has improved slightly. I will continue to use it and see how I get through the winter/cooler months.”

Thanks for your review..... Just checking - Are you actually sleeping on the mat ? We do recommend the bedsheets rather than putting a mat in the bed. Plus you will get more uninterrupted time earthing on a bedsheet too. Just checking that the sheet isn't covered by another top sheet either, as if it is, that's why you are not perhaps feeling any benefit as yet. “I sleep much better with it.however I have it on lower third of bed and it ruffles up and becomes uncomfortable so I am going to put it under bottom sheet to hold it and hope it works as well”

Hello Sheila, Sadly due to the design, the half sheet does do that not just on our UK made sheet, but all the half sheets out there. This is why a full sheet is much better. Please don't cover the sheet with another one ! That's the main cause of people telling us they don't function correctly. “Arrived quickly and the fitted sheet is good quality. You must sleep with direct skin contact. I experience a warm tingling, like Champagne sparkles on my skin. The intense hip pain i have is lessened and i think my sleep is deeper but i do still wake often. I’m glad i purchased.”

Thanks for your review Debra, After some queries back and forth before you modified your review above, we ascertained that you had covered your earthing sheet with another sheet. As we all know now, that prevents the sheet form fully working as you need direct skin contact with the silver threads in the sheet. We are very happy that its now working correctly and you are starting to feel the benefits. Many Earthing websites say that you can cover the bedsheet with another one, but in reality we know that's not true and this review proves it conclusively. “I can’t say it’s worked or working. So much so I’m wondering is it to do with the connection or something. It’s a fine sheet and feels nice but unsure of any medical benefit at this stage”

Hello Kevin, Thanks for the review. The earthing mat you purchased really is a kind of supplementary product to our bed sheets. So the bedsheets give you constant earthing for as long as you are in contact with them. The mat is generally not going to give you the hours of earthing the sheet does and its likely you wont put your hands or feet on it for 6-8 hours at a time. Also we do know that some clients use the mat with the earthing popper against the floor or a desk. The mat is only conductive on the side that has the popper and earthing lead on it just FYI..... “Unfortunately I do not have a good sleeping pattern and I was hoping this would help. I have stomach/digestive issues and at the moment undergoing tests. It may be I have a hiatus hernia. I have to be very careful with what I eat and at the moment it keeps me awake for 2-4 hours in the night feeling uncomfortable, nauseus, dizzy etc. I am a believer in the importance of earthing and will continue to use it.”
