“I can’t say it’s worked or working. So much so I’m wondering is it to do with the connection or something. It’s a fine sheet and feels nice but unsure of any medical benefit at this stage”

Sometimes you need to give the product a little more of a chance to work, as for some people the effects can take longer than for others to become apparent. If for instance you suffer with insomnia, the results you are looking for will take quite a while, but the longer and more consistently you use the sheet the better it will be for you. Hello Kevin, Thanks for the review. The earthing mat you purchased really is a kind of supplementary product to our bed sheets. So the bedsheets give you constant earthing for as long as you are in contact with them. The mat is generally not going to give you the hours of earthing the sheet does and its likely you wont put your hands or feet on it for 6-8 hours at a time. Also we do know that some clients use the mat with the earthing popper against the floor or a desk. The mat is only conductive on the side that has the popper and earthing lead on it just FYI..... “Unfortunately I do not have a good sleeping pattern and I was hoping this would help. I have stomach/digestive issues and at the moment undergoing tests. It may be I have a hiatus hernia. I have to be very careful with what I eat and at the moment it keeps me awake for 2-4 hours in the night feeling uncomfortable, nauseus, dizzy etc. I am a believer in the importance of earthing and will continue to use it.”

Some people take to earthing immediately and some take a lot longer - It depends on what you were trying to get out of the product, or what issue you were trying to solve / improve. So let's say if you were an insomniac like Simon here, it will take a good while to naturally break the poor sleep cycle. “I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and couldn't wait to get the fitted sheet (I bought 2) and pillowcases on the bed 😀 . I had read about the benefits and had high hopes of it helping me fall sleep and stay asleep through the night. Unfortunately this hasn't been the case up to now 😕. I am disappointed but will continue using them in the hopes they will eventually help me get a night's sleep 😴”

“I have unfortunately noticed no positive effects. Getting to sleep is just as difficult as always and I find it more difficult now to wake up, if this is due to being in a deeper state of sleep that would make sense maybe, but this isn't actually helpful. I shall stick with it in case it has other benefits that I am currently not aware of, but the notion that this purchase would cure all of my sleep issues has inevitably been forced back to reality.”

Thanks for your review Charlie..... All we would say is that for some people it takes a lot longer to adjust to sleeping earthed than others. So whilst you've had the Double Bed Sheet for around 20 days now, you will undoubtedly find that positive changes will happen, but they will be cumulative and maybe a little slower than most people find happening to them. Long standing sleep issues take time to adjust to the earthing bed sheet and wont be cured immediately. Obviously this is not a drug, its a natural way of addressing poor sleep. If you are sleeping deeper then that's a good sign that its starting to have an effect. Stick with it as I'm sure given time you will see and feel the benefits of earthing using our bed sheets. “Sorry to say but the sleeping pattern has only changed minimally but what is interesting is that my ankles, which since my hip operations swell during the day, are down by the end of the night!!! Which is all to the good. Unexpected but very welcome. And also, even though the sleep is not much better, I do wake feeling less tired and more energised.”

Hello Clemence, Sometimes the effects of the Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillows are unexpected and from experience, some people react to them differently. One of our team in the office here was a complete insomniac, but over 18 months went from 2-3 hours per night to a good 6 hours now. Sadly its not a silver bullet for everyone, but on the whole it works well for the vast majority of people who decide to sleep earthed. Persevere with it and you will definitely see the results.

Hi Jennifer, As a user of the bedsheets myself for over two years now I can tell you they do work a treat. I've just come back from holiday and I took some pillowcases with me to help me sleep. But what I've found is that if you have something on your mind that is really troubling you, then even our bedsheet won't put you to sleep. It's something I've witnessed myself of course. But if you can clear your mind a little before bedtime I find this helps a lot.
