About Sleep Earthed:

Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

All of the other companies out there selling these types of product have them totally made in China and we are very different to that.

“I have been sleeping on the fitted grounding sheet for nearly 2 months. My sleep has improved and less pain. But when waking in the morning harder to just wake up and get due to the deeper sleeping pattern. Also washed a couple times with normal Bold machine washing powder. What affect this have on the sheet if any.”

Hello Robert and thankyou so much for the review..... We are delighted that its helping your sleep but yes if you sleep deeper waking up is a little more challenging. How you wash the sheets is really important and Bold Detergent is generally a "BIO powder" which in the long term will affect the conductivity of the silver in the sheet and reduce its life. Once the conductivity of the silver threads is compromised then the sheet stops working. So we would recommend as per the wash label and also the care sheet we include in every delivery, that you follow the washing instructions as below. 1. Wash with an eco "Non bio" powder / liquid 2. Don't use Fabric Conditioner in the washing mc / tumble dryer 3. Wash at 40C or below 4. Wash separately from other items 5. Avoid any "OXI" cleaning product that would bleach the sheet One product we do recommend and that we use ourselves is Tru Earth washing strips. We have a lot of experience with this product and its very kind to our sheets. As you mention we manufacture our sheets here in the UK rather than in China where all the other companies who sell worldwide get theirs from. We are very proud to employ really high quality people to manufacture our sheets in our own factory in Herefordshire and we do take a lot of pride in our work. “It really works! Improved, deeper sleep. A calmer disposition. Takes a little longer to wake up in the morning and dreams are more vivid but definitely worth the investment. You won't be disappointed. I have since bought more sheets for the rest of the family who report the same effects.”

That's wonderful to hear..... When it works well for you quickly, that's the best feeling ever. And the vivid dreams are amazing when you get them as I do also. For some though it does take a few months to start getting better uninterrupted sleep, but thankfully you are in the group that benefits almost straight away. “I have to admit, I was a little sceptical at first, but willing to try anything to have a restful sleep. The first night I don't think I experienced any difference but the second night onwards, both my partner and I agreed our sleep pattern was much more rested, so the upshot is, we shall be buying more from yourselves, not just for us but for certain family members.”

“I have had your sheet for just over 3 weeks, and in that time from day 1 I have slept over 7 hours , this is from someone who hasn’t had more then 4 hours sleep a night in 20 years , it is amazing I wish I found you years ago , I kept your diary and am waking up refreshed and alive . “The effect of sleeping on a grounded bedsheet was instant! Fell asleep quicker, and get a much deeper sleep. Maybe be prepared to have a slight detox type feeling in the first week, but stay hydrated and it soon passes.”

“I bought the half sheet not for my sleep but for getting connected to the earth as I'm outside a lot but not with contact to the earth itself. I have always slept deeply but seem to sleep even more deeply with this sheet. I definitely feel more refreshed upon waking.”

“Sleepearthed has been a lovely company to deal with. I have used my pillowcase for a month it has a cumulative effect my aches and pains slowly disappeared. I go to sleep quickly and only wake once or twice for bathroom breaks now so in the morning I wake earlier and feel brighter. Thank you sleepearthed.”

Your review mirrors exactly what happened to me back in 2020 when I started using the bed sheets i now get a full eight hours with no waking up in between If I do happen to wake up, I manage to drop of again quite quickly. “Excellent customer service, very quick to respond to any queries. And the products are so good. We spend an average 8hrs a night in bed so why wouldn't you spend this time grounding? Since using the grounding products I have noticed my sleep being much deeper and feel so much more energised.”
