“I purchased the All weather waterproof glove having carefully measured my hand as per instructions. The medium size I ordered was tight and although I thought after wearing they might stretch a bit I was wrong. Just glad a bought them in a sale. I also bought the small / medium waterproof cold weather roll cuff beanie hat and it was also too small, my wife is now using it. My advice try before you buy their products as they are on the small size.”

“Your sizing for gloves is so wrong. I purchased a medium glove which fit so tight that it was unusable. Very disappointing, I have wasted my money javedmr@gmail.com”

“Product did not fit and I exchanged for the largest size and the product still did not fit. I only have size 10.5 feet so not sure why the product is sized so badly. Could not use it at all.”

The final fit of the Overshoe can be determined by the footwear itself and the bulk, width, height, and additional features such as straps, tags, and adjustors can all affect how the Overshoe fits your particular shoe type. “I purchased a pair of waterproof all weather socks with hydro stop , Well the first time I wore them they leaked like a Sieve. In fact the actually filled with water .At least the hydrostop worked.”

“I bought waterproof socks. They weren't waterproof. Sealskinz sent another pair. They weren't waterproof either. Sealskinz talked about a refund, but for reasons I dont understand they could not effect it. I will say that they responded promptly at all times, even tho the final result was extremely disappointing.”

“Das ist das 2. Paar Socken, das ich ausprobiere (nach einer Reklamation) und das Ergebnis ist ebenso enttäuschend. Nach 15 min Laufen auf einem Feldweg, mit Gras bewachsenen das noch feucht ist, sind die Socken und die Füße nass. Ich habe sie mit Leguano Barfußschuhen aus Merinowolle getragen. Ich hätte gerne mein Geld zurück. Bitte um Retourenversandetikett, damit ich die Socken zurückschicken kann. Beste Grüße Gabriele Schneppensiefen”

“You claim your gloves are waterproof and they are not got them as a present for someone and their hands were wet and cold. Never buying another pair or anything from your company and will not be recommending your company to anyone.”

“The sizing chart for gloves is very misleading and SealSkinz makes it quite hard to exchange the sizing but asking the customer to pay for sending back the wrongly sized item.”

“Beanie hat looks great. That's it though,as every time I remove the hat the lining turns itself inside out and is uncomfortable.Very poorly constructed and with a product that has SEALSKINS on it. Unimpressed.”

“I made a purchase on 12th August (UK164227) and received an order confirmation. Since then - it is now 28th Aug I have not received a delivery confirmation nor received the goods, nor received an update on why they have not been dispatched. This is very poor customer service”

“I have no way of rating the product, I have never received it. It appears to be sitting in Memphis TN at the FedEx hub. It does not appear it will ever arrive. You collected my money the day you shipped it. If I had been aware that the product would ship from Germany I never would have ordered it, as I needed to for a recent trekking trip. What help can you offer now?”
