“Even if I go one size up from what Sealskinz recommend I find the gloves that I tried too tight on my fingers and therefore not warm.”

“I bought the gloves for skiing and on the first day, the glove ripped which meant I couldn't do the glove up at the top to keep my hands warm and dry. was pretty annoyed as I bought them specifically for skiing and it's not like they are a cheap brand. could have been a fault with those specific gloves but still. quality control and all that.”

“The gloves took 3 weeks to get here. When I wore them on a walk on a cold day, it took my hands a half hour to warm up. They were so cold. I have sent them back and hope to get a complete refund. Thank you, Tam Pollock”

“I have used sealskinz products for some years. All my cycling gloves are made by them and I have been impressed with the quality and comfort of the products. I, therefore, bought a pair of their heated cycling gloves. While the quality of the gloves is good the batteries have now failed on 2 occasions - the original batteries and a replacement pair. Sadly I have had to ask for a refund. I will still recommend sealskinz but not this particular product”

“Arrived from UK after purchasing on .ca site... Terrible fit. I measured exactly 9 1/2” and after reading reviews went two sizes up to an XL. Gloves so tight they are unusable. I’m 160 with thin fingers. I have returned them as indicated but the address on the posted return form is wrong and they were returned as undeliverable. I was offered a refund eventually. I’d suggest revising the fit guide. Not even close to accurate.”

“Your product seems very nice but it is miserable trying to return it. I live in the US and have been told that your return policy is not set up yet. The gloves are a large and way too small for my son. I hope you can rectify this.”

“The material and the quality of the product is awesome. But the size?????? So far off. It's a child's size. I gave them to my size 2 5'2" wife and they fit her perfect”

“Purchased a pair of size 9 MTB gloves. I've worn gloves of this size most of my working life. My hands are of a ' standard' size and shape and size 9 gloves have always fitted me well. When they arrived I could barely get the Sealskinz size 9 over my hand, fingers were snug, not a bad thing for an MTB glove, but I couldn't flex my knuckles or bend my hand into a grip position. I returned the gloves in exchange for a size 10. Reading reviews, this seems to be a common issue. The replacement, size 10 gloves, arrived today and are a worse fit than the size 9! Who is designing these gloves and what human hand are they basing these on. The size 10 gloves simply had longer, roomier fingers , which meant surplus material was flapping about, particularly on the thumb (no good for thumb shifters!) However, the glove sizing across the palm and knuckles was no different to the previous pair! I could hardly get them on and could not form a fist or flex my hand. I will be returning for a refund! Come on Sealskinz, there's no way these are designed for MTB riding or correctly sized.”

“Absolute waste of money We bought two but I had to return one because we opened one to try out. We had hoped to use in a -5 degrees temperature but fingers were frozen even in 9 degrees”
