“Great products and service. Swift delivery. I ordered 12 scents but only received 6 dropper lids though.”

Hi Sarah, thank you for taking the time to leave a kind review! The dropper lids are a free extra that we like to give to help with pouring based on availability. We typically include one dropper cap in each parcel. The caps can be washed and reused to save on plastic. Kind regards, SSC

“Love the shop! All the products are amazing quality at a relatively low price. The only bad thing I can say is about the price of shipping. I think £7.19 is a little too much. Maybe there could be an option to pay less money for delivery but not as fast.”

“Easy to use website, delivery information updated and quality of goods received excellent. Would have like to have seen reduced plastic as I now have a ton of plastic packing quavers. I’m trying to be a plastic free and eco friendly business. I understand it’s sometimes difficult not have plastic but please rethink packing”

“Very nice products. All the scents that I bought smell fantastic and work well I’m my candles. The glasses were good quality and packaged well. Will be ordering from these guys again. Only negative point were the packaging peanuts, maybe A more eco friendly alternative could be considered. Thank you guys”

“I absolutely love the glass I purchased - gorgeous. What I would say is the delivery is very expensive especially as it says next day delivery but it’s not because of Covid. The glass was a bargain and beautiful but the shipping really drove the price up. Also, I wanted to buy some wax in bulk but it was largely sold out - I presume due to Covid issues so this isn’t a big problem. The actual glass I purchased was stunning x”

Hi Suzanne, the oils we sell are all fragrance oils and not essential oils. With fragrance oils is recommended not to add them by number of drops but to add by percentage. This should help with achieving a stronger scent throw.
