WORST SELLER ever experienced I received a damaged order back in the beginning of December 23. I tried to contact them over the course of 3 weeks no stop. 17. Phone calls. No one answers and no option of voicemail. 13. Emails sent. No response 4. Online contact forms Warned them of legal action. Took legal action. Mediation failed as owner refused to replace damaged order even though pictures were sent of the damage. Now this case will be dealt with by the COURT.

I would avoid at all costs. The products are not as advertised and their customer service is none existent. I wasted money with this company and wish I had never done business with them

Ordered (154343 ) Amber and Bergamot as well as Patchouli Oils. And had big issue with Amber oil as it doesn't smell same. Has nothing to do with Amber scent. Used same recepie for my product and ended up with scent of Hospital. Absolutely nothing to do with an amber. Other than it's sweet and doesn't even smell like an amber its extremely lquidy. As for Bergamot - it seems to me has some additional oil added to it as smell is very weak and it's basically diluted with some carrier oil. Never had this before. Tried to escalate return, but SSC website stated they do not accept returns for oils. However that is what they are selling. Absolutely scam. Very mad! Now stuck with 1000ml of Fake amber and 1000ml Diluted Bergamot!

My order was cancelled close to day of delivery because as they said (after I had to mail for cancellation reason) "we don't deliver to forwarding addresses". You would think they would specify this from inception. Ridiculous time wasters!

On the 10th of August I received.a message to say my order has been shipped. I still haven't received it and it's the 21st now. Not very impressed.

Sorry I don’t like to leave a negative review but the fragrance oil is too weak. Diluted for a reed diffuser the scent is non existent. The delivery was really quick but definitely try very small amount first before ordering large quantities

Hi Elizabeth, when making reed diffusers, it is essential to test different fragrances at various percentages. I can see you have only tried one of our fragrance oils. Making home fragrance products is essentially like a science experiment. You have a number of variables and some will remain controlled and some you will need to change. Due to the different ingredients within each fragrance, testing is always required. Unfortunately, there isn't a one formula fits all in home fragrance making.

Not happy with the jimmy choo and daisy when added to my soap mixture it smelt of nothing and lost yet another batch of soap.

Hi Liam, you requested us to change your address and DPD attempted to deliver it to the address requested. Unfortunately, as the door wasn't answered the driver marked it as unable to deliver. We offered to resend a new parcel to you, but you said you didn't want DPD to deliver any parcels to you going forward.

Terrible service and customer follow up. I did not get what I ordered in terms of size. I spent some time to ensure what I ordered was the correct size for the use I had intended. When I realised when opening the package it was totally of no use, I attempted to contact you. There is no phone number and so I emailed giving my order no and offering to pay more for the correct item. I just got a curt reply , as you can see from records. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or ask how Richard could be of any further help. Just awful customer service. I am a qualified holistic practitioner specialising in aromatherapy so I am extremely disappointed in your company. This is no way to run a business. Richard made clear he had no interest in helping further.

Hi Chris, unfortunately, Richard was not able to assist you as you sent us an email discussing you order for 'metal tops' for your Hendricks gin bottles. There was no order from you for 'metal tops' so Richard could not rectify it as this is not something we have sold to you. The Angel fragrance I bought for over £58 smelled of nothing at all and the company would not believe me nor let me return the product. I have bought from them before but this time they showed their true colours. Such a shame and very unfair. Please don't buy from them they are not to be trusted in my experience. No wonder that many reviews of the Angel fragrance simply say that it arrived but no comment about its value, scent or strength........unbelievable!

Hi Mambo, what you bought is fragrance oil. We don't sell perfume so it is not the original. Fragrance oils are 100% concentrated and you need to mix them with a base product.

Ordered £175 worth £11.99 delivery. Waited all week. dPD kept changing delivery. Then we only received wicks and oil. No wax?!?! £100 worth of wax not delivered and it was in stock. God knows where it is?!?!

Hi Kathryn, as we tried to explain on the phone to you on Friday, DPD attempted to deliver to you, but the parcels were marked as declined. It turned out the address you provided at checkout was missing a street causing the driver to struggle to find you. Redelivery has to be scheduled when a parcel has address issues. Your wax is with DPD and should be delivered shortly.

Hi Lana, Your parcel is currently with Royal Mail. You can track the progress of it with the tracking link sent to you. Unfortunately, you ordered on a day they were on strike. Disgusting services ! Out of two orders of candle tins I had over 100 damaged tins ! I thought it was the first time with this Company turns out it’s not ! I was called a liar had a phone call where I wasn’t able to speak and I was hung up on all because this issue had happened previously! I have photo proof of the damage and 98 tins to return ! I’m left out of pocket and stuck with no tins for orders ! I would not recommend this company at all they even told me not to shop with them again which is an awful comment to make when your company is in the wrong
