“The products were great value for money and produce beautiful soy candles. The only thing was the tobacco sent was more sweet than smoky but the lemongrass ginger is a winner.”

“Ordered some scents mid afternoon and I was notified by the courier a couple of hours later they would soon be picking up my order for delivery. The fast turnaround meant I got my order quickly. Much quicker than other suppliers I have used. When it arrived it all was there, well packed and secure. In short the service was excellent. Products are too.”

“My granddaughter has always fancied making candles, so we looked online and found this website which had all that we thought we needed to make some coloured and perfumed candles. There was a very large choice of everything, so huge potential for the future. Our order arrived the next day, very prompt indeed, and we were pleased with the scents, colour dyes and 1kg of wax is quite a lot (we weren't sure) and will clearly make a lot of candles in the size of tin we purchased. My granddaughter is very pleased, the candles she made look good and smell lovely. The colours are vibrant and you don't need much, the same goes for the fragrances”

“A fantastic company offering high quality wax and fragrances. Customer service is also excellent, the staff are really helpful and they process the orders super fast. Highly recommend Scents, Soaps and Candles. Only one comment about the shipping - it would be great if we could order a small bottle/item without the high price of postage. Sometimes I'd like to buy a fragrance to try, but don't want to be paying around £5 for Royal Mail delivery!”

“Disappointed with some of the wicks, Just came undone with the lightest touch also floated to the top when I'd filled the jar with wax, I was told they are fixed in tightly and would only come apart when pulled, which I can assure this was certainly not the case, Customer service very disappointed, tins missing too. I literally can't afford to take other people's mistakes. So I need to shop where this doesn't happen, Nobody seemed concerned when I brought this too attention. Money is too tight to tight for mistakes.. And when its not put right its very frustrating to say the least..”

“When I initially opened the package I realised I got a smaller size than intended. I am glad I didn't get the bigger one now. I was annoyed because I wanted to make wax melts as gifts for my friends but upon smelling them I think my friends would have been highly offended if I gave them something smelling like toilet cleaner... The scent is not as it was stated at all! If you’d let me return it you’d know that! Still, at least you replied to me on here instead of blocking me and deleting my reviews. I’d also like to point out it’s fraudulent to fake your own reviews. I find it quite funny that after my review bought your rating down there suddenly were 6 new 5 star reviews within hours! All from new google accounts that had never left reviews before... very interesting:)”

Initially, you stated to us that you had ordered the wrong size and wanted to return your order. After being told we were unable to do so, as it was clearly stated on the website that we are unable to accept any returns on fragrance oils, you are now claiming that the scents are not what they state.
