“The products were great in general, and the delivery was super fast and efficient. The only thing I will say, is one of my soap moulds arrived with a split in it - but it was still usable so I just made do. However, after the first use, once I popped one of my soaps from the mould, it fully split in half. Again, it's still usable, just in two halves rather than a full mould of four. It is a little disappointing though, as they're really good moulds and is always easier to be able to make four, instead of messing about with two halves.”

“The two packages arrived in a timely manner, all present and correct. While it was my fault for ordering separately (minutes apart) I was expecting them to arrive in the same delivery. Not a delivery issue but for consideration, it would be helpful if you site could give some indication of ratio of scent to wax, just a thought?”

“Was happy with the products themselves, but the design of the bottle is just really odd as you cannot stand the bottle up. so if you take the lid off you have to either keep hold of it or wedge it between something to keep it upright to stop it falling over”
