Ordered 3 different fragrance oils to be made with the Augeo base as described on your website. Unfortunately, I cannot smell neither the velvet rose oud nor the tobacco vanilla.

I am so frustrated. I have been trying to contact them the whole day when I realised I had ordered the incorrect product. I'm not just waiting on a reply which is stressful as I have a client waiting on me. They have a page on their website saying to fill in a 'goods return form' but it's nowhere to be found on the website. I've tried calling throughout the day, and the phone just rings. Why have a phone number when you don't actually pick up the calls?? I'm now out of pocket because I had to place an emergency order of new wax, when I don't even know if I can return the original wax sent because I can't let my client down. Very poor customer service as there is none. It seems there is nobody working on responding to emails or even picking up calls.

Hi Danielle, I am sorry to hear you feel that way about our customer service. I can see you began to contact us only yesterday afternoon and a reply was sent to you a few hours later. Unfortunately, we cannot always pick up the phone or reply instantly to emails as other customers can be on the phone to us making the lines busy and emails are handled in the order they are received. - SSC

Delivered now and I have been sent a lemon and lavender not a lemon sherbet as days in the label Unfortunately this has been a mishap on your end I’m sure you will find others will be I touch about rectifying the issue .

The materials that were ordered were unfortunately very tatty. The wax barely looked like it survived the box. Ripped all over including the inside sleeve. There was packing inside and reused material which is great but opened up to Diet Coke boxes. It all seemed a bit random and not a professional company.

Hi Craig, recycling is very important to us and many of our customers. So, as a professional company, we use clean shredded recycled cardboard where possible inside our packages for extra protection. Every little helps in reducing waste. - SSC

Pear and freesia was not as strong smelling as others I’ve had in the past and to be honest they were all weak once in wax

Hi Sarah, we have had no messages come through from you. Regarding our Facebook group we have it there to help our customers and we do approve posts when we can. However, there are some issues with the admin side of the group loading on most devices which we have contacted Facebook about to try and resolve. - SSC

I must admit that I have been disappointed with the diffusers I have made so far as they do not appear to be throwing sufficient scent into the rooms. Is there anything you could suggest? I have used 3 of the fragrances so far at 20% as suggested in your guide.

Hi, 20% is the starting guide point. However, like with all fragranced products each fragrance needs testing and you may need to increase or decrease it depending on the fragrance. The length of time you leave the diffuser before placing the reeds in can also effect the throw. Your reeds can also effect the throw and unfortunately we don't know what reeds you are using as those supplies don't appear to have been purchased from us.

Ordered 2 boxes of candle glasses, one box had 3 broken glasses in it and the other had 1. Accidents happen, so I have tried to contact customers service to make them aware, but I’ve have no response. Disappointing.

My recent purchases were Coconut and Lime fragrance oil which as usual was great. I also bought Lost Cherry fragrance oil which I had been waiting for to release and was disappointed with it as I feel that it has quite a strong chemical/synthetic smell. I have emailed the company to just pass on these comments. I am not sure if it were a bad batch or perhaps my sense of smell ( I don't think it were the latter though as I asked my partner to smell it without saying anything and they said it smelt strange?).

Still haven’t received my order. Postage is high and I’d expect the order within 2-3 days for the amount paid. Won’t be ordering again. This is the second order and same experience. Ordered from other vendors and I received the orders within 2 days. Poor service!

Disappointed with some of the wicks, Just came undone with the lightest touch also floated to the top when I'd filled the jar with wax, I was told they are fixed in tightly and would only come apart when pulled, which I can assure this was certainly not the case, Customer service very disappointed, tins missing too. I literally can't afford to take other people's mistakes. So I need to shop where this doesn't happen, Nobody seemed concerned when I brought this too attention. Money is too tight to tight for mistakes.. And when its not put right its very frustrating to say the least..

I’m really happy with the smell of the fragrances but it would be nice if you could use something to make it easier to pour I seem to waste a lot I use the fragrance to make candles

Hi Marie, thank you for the feedback. We include one free pouring cap with each parcel subject to availability, these help with the pouring. Should you want multiple of them we will have more of them available to purchase on the website soon. Alternatively, another option that can help is a pipette, but this method is slightly slower. Delivery was fast but very disappointed with the product. Smell isn’t strong at all and doesn’t last at all and there was a big leak in the package so had to through 1 bottle away as it was practically empty.

I am disappointed that first I replied to the confirmation email by adding an additional scent (as asked by yourselves) and had no reply, then I emailed to inform you that one scent smelt only of rose and no other fragrance (plum, rose & patchouli) and have still not received a reply. I spent quite a lot of money and have done since starting my business and I am disappointed in the customer service I have received of late.

The cinnamon orange and cranberry scent smelts lovely but the lack of cinnamon aroma from it was slightly disappointing once burning. 😏
