“Just an incredible store with excellent customer service. I place a significant order every month and it usually arrives the next day to Northern Ireland. I've just an issue with my last order where due to no fault of Scale Model Shop, the parcel was held by Royal Mail. Customer support was excellent and the package eventually turned up a few days late but with everything intact. I will be ordering for many years to come!”

“I was looking to add another level to my painting hobby and bought myself an air brush. Having no prior knowledge I relied on the staff expertise in fitting me out with the nessecary kit. I am happy with the result and still learning how to properly use the air brush (hint, DON'T use old paint). They also offer after sales support which helped me a lot.”
