“Products dispatched promptly and very well packed. Info from scale model shop was good but let down by Fedex who did not even deliver on the day they said they would never mind the 4 hour window. No apology from Fedex but arrived next day with no delivery window info. Their website would not produce delivery window options( such as leave on rear porch) but stated that a signature would be required. When package was delivered no signature was required. I will continue to use you services but not impressed by Fedex”
