“Fantastic service! Placed an order with no problems at all, payment was easy, and delivery arrived the next day—what’s not to like? Very happy with the overall experience and would recommend to anyone looking for anything from the obscure to the ordinary. “I had difficulties with a payment going through due to PayPal. The customer service was superb, the issue was sorted within the hour and my model arrived a few days later, securely packaged and in excellent condition. I would definately use the Scale Model Shop again.”

“Order came through just a little wring, got to white rigging the same instead if a black rigging, but contacted Scale Model about it and was sorted in 5 mins, got a black rigging which wanted sent to me with no return on the white one and received it it in a matter of a couple of days, thats customer service for you.”
