“I was happy with the speed that my items were delivered my only concern which would make me reconsider ordering again is the fact that i was informed by email that the parcel was delivered ,but it didnt arrive to me at my address ,i live in a secure gated community yet the parcel wasnt given to me ,after asking around i found out the parcel was delivered to another address . I suggest you contact your delivery company and tell them to make sure it reaches the correct address. Faithfully Yours WAllan .”

Thanks for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear you were happy with the delivery speed. From what we can see on the tracking with Royal Mail, the parcel was delivered with photo confirmation and signed for at the address. The name recorded matches the order, which suggests it was accepted at the property or nearby. As you’ve since been able to locate the parcel after asking around, it appears it may have been handed to a neighbour or someone within the gated community. Royal Mail will sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour if there is no response at the address, to ensure delivery is completed.
