“fees are okay, the delay in response is the biggest issue. it can take week to get a reply and anytime i want to book an appointment with a tutor, it always get changed or cancelled. i work 9-5 and they are not available to speak to after 5! this is an online school, why arent you available 24/7,if not atleast till 8 or 9 to give students time and accommodate to our needs and not urs. sometimes their explanaion is hard to understand and very short. i would need to then clarify and then wait another couple days to get a reply. overall its been quite annoying and have had to change my study schedules a lot once i get their reply. it should not be taking this long to hear back”

“I was not prepared for the lack of interaction I am getting to help guide me through my course and am quite lost. Not really sure what I’m doing. I had the opinion when I paid for my course in full that I would have help from a tutor but no one has been in touch at all.”

“I have been studying for 2 years with SBL - I don't feel that I have had the support that I would have expected from a learning institution. There have been times when I really wished I had not chosen SBL. Hidden costs, changes to terms and conditions and tutors who have completely different views from the examining bodies. You feel on your own. When trying to obtain personal help it has always been difficult. As a positive - the portal works really well to get access to the study material and to submit all paperwork is easy. I am sure that many people will get what they want - but for me at the level I am trying to work to will not be using SBL for any future personal development.”

I believe the support team had promptly responded to your concerns and have resolved the same to your satisfaction. The option of having a personal tutor is not available for the online learning that you have opted for and it is available only for the blended learners. This is explicitly mentioned in our website. We don’t have any hidden charges and all charges are included in fees. Additional charges are only applied when you need to extend your course and when you failed and want to resubmit assignments and any courier charges for posting the certificate(we have waived off this for you), which is a standard fee charged by any institution/ university. These too are mentioned in our terms and conditions and learners are at liberty to cross check the same any time. The entire team appreciate you for completing all your modules and earning the certificate. If you require an academic reference letter, we can definitely help you with that.
