I have been studying for 2 years with SBL - I don't feel that I have had the support that I would have expected from a learning institution. There have been times when I really wished I had not chosen SBL. Hidden costs, changes to terms and conditions and tutors who have completely different views from the examining bodies. You feel on your own. When trying to obtain personal help it has always been difficult. As a positive - the portal works really well to get access to the study material and to submit all paperwork is easy. I am sure that many people will get what they want - but for me at the level I am trying to work to will not be using SBL for any future personal development.
