“Normally use Rhinox for buckets etc. Wanted 36" riddle basket. Site states 10 working days. Tried elsewhere and quoted the same time. How long did it actually take 38 working days and I had to chase it three times. Really poor service. In future will contact other supplier as the delivery cannot be as slow as this was.Disappointed.”

“Delivered rapidly, bucket looks and seems to be excellently made, obviously proof is in testing and as I’ve only had it a few days , it has not been in the ground yet, but I’m optimistic it’s going to do its job, 👍”

“Fast and efficient service,. Website could be simplified as I am sure most excavators will be fitted with the same quick hitch so the attatchments will fit any machine of a similar size.”

“Ordered my buckets on Tuesday 4th April via website after speaking to Dave, expected them to arrive on the Thursday (Next day delivery?) ready for a long weekend of work, but unfortunately they did not arrive.. went on the supplied tracking information and there was no details at All. Very disappointed as I’ve lost the whole weekend of work. As for the buckets themselves I cannot comment until I receive??”
