“The quick hitch I ordered for a jcb 8008 only fits Rhiknox buckets on and not the genuine jcb buckets so it’s now useless to me after spending £650”

Hi Edward, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry that there is an issue with the fitment of the JCB buckets they should fit assuming they are the same pick up as the hitch, we haven't had this issue before where they don't fit. I have tried to call you to discuss how we can sort this out for you asap weather that be a replacement or a refund if you can all us back so we sort this out for you straight away that would be great. “From initial contact to ensure my pin dimensions were correct and a couple of questions to ensure my decision of which option to take regarding the bucket specification, all answered quickly by David. I would definitely use them again the delivery was fast as well. Cheers Geraint”

“Pleasantly surprised by the build quality, good welding, teeth and side cutters on bucket are good, pins with it also. Would like delivery price alongside cost on website not on a separate chart. Quick delivery time. Overall good service.”
