“First time using Rhinox as I have always gone to another manufacturer for buckets attachments etc due to ease of having an account. I had a 10day lead time for the bucket require from the other company so gave rhinox a go .. couldn’t be happier ordered on line and was at my door under 24hrs .. rhinox all the way from now on for me ..”

“Oder placed and paid for at end of financial year and yet invoice is still dated 10th April !!”

Unfortunate how our system works, is that the invoice is generated when the goods depart us, as this was made to order the invoice date is the date it left us. Our system doesn't let us change or over ride dates so unfortunately cannot amend this. I hope this doesn't put you off ordering from us in the future. “Easy to purchase, difficult delivery!! Poor communication from delivery company led to 3 day delivery not 1. Exceptional customer service by Rhinox and promptly resolved with reimbursement of next day shipping fee.”
