“I thought the order process was excellent. However, the delivery side of things was not great. FedEx wouldn’t leave at my house (rural location) despite me giving clear instructions. We ended up wasting 2 hours driving to collect bucket from their depot at 8pm! The couriers app/website dreadful and thankfully rhinox sorted. Product fine but should have had courier charge refunded!”

Very sorry about this, if you give us a ring we can look into this and refund the Carriage. we do get let down sometimes by the couriers. David
