I would have rated a five star, but with my delivery this time i requested it to be left with my neighbour as i knew i would not be in at the time slot. Fish was left in a cool bag, which would have been fine, however, it was on my front door mat, where anyone could have seen it. Not really impressed, especially as i had contacted your customer services to explain the situation & she told me she would inform the driver to leave with my neighbour”

“Good quality crab legs and crab at a reasonable price, well packaged but disappointed that it was not clear that the crab was not dressed, ie the white and brown meat was not separated as I would expect and no crab claws either.”

Please be assured our product details online states that 'our suppliers source the Crabs from the English East Coast all year round from local fishermen with inshore boats who supply only the best quality crabs that result in the most delicious crab products. They hand-pick the crab meat, mix the brown and white meat, and place them back into a cleaned shell, dressed and ready to eat, no claws just meat'. We aim to provide as much info for our customers alongside photos to assist them in choosing the products., We also have a live chat facility during our office hours (Mon-Fri 8am - 7pm) whereby our team can answer any queries there and then for an instant response. “Recently put on a medical diet to eat more healthy.
Ordered a selection of fresh and frozen fish. Good quality
Not had all yet but what I have is nice. The delivery service was good but the frozen packs inside had defrosted and the bottom of the box was very wet.”
