“As usual my order was delivered on the 5th Feb, promptly as organised by Regal. I quickly looked that there were three items as ordered and put in the freezer. On checking yesterday I realised that the fish goujons i ordered had been delivered as lemon and herb butter patties. I have reported thie to Regal and await a response from customer service”

“I've been using Regal for some years now. The products are fresher than the supermarkets, the website is clear and if I have to order over the phone the rep is pleasant and efficient. I drop a star because the prices are higher than the supermarkets by a fair margin. Having said that the delivery is free (as long as you spend enough). I will continue to use Regal because the fish is of good quality.”
