Please, please change your packaging practice though! You sent the poor fish in a ginormous box with a lot of filling, just to fill space + way too many cooling packs + the actual fish wrappinig. To reduce our footprint, we use a standard-sized box, which helps us optimise shipping efficiency. This does mean some orders have more packaging than others. “Really enjoyed these smoked haddock rarebits, really recommend.
Only downside was they are a challenge to separate from frozen, so no option to eat one and have one later. A piece of film like used between beefburgers would have made all the difference.”

“Generally very good but I am finding the changes that you make to the range available somewhat disappointing when items that were good are replaced or altered in the way thay they can be bought.
You have lost the Thai salmon fishcakes which were fabulous and also the boxes of 4 fishcakes which were much preferable to the new pack of 2 which are not very good and do not compete favorably with say the ones from Marks and Spencers. I also prefer buying the fillet of Salmon by the kg / 0.5 kg options rather than it being advertised as a side of salmon .”

We base our prices on the quality we supply however we do understand the challenges of managing a budget during these current times. Some of our packs have reduced for instance from a 4 pack to a 2 pack (e.g fishcakes) to enable customers to try a selection of products and have a variety of different flavours within their order. We often have offers and promotions on a multi-buy though so always worth keeping a eye out for these. We regularly have discounted packs that we adapt to the seasons and also on those that are firm favourites as a regular purchase.
