If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered medicines with 2 days post office delivery service. Tracking number come next day, however it was not dropped to post by another 5 days. Medicines arrived week after ordering. I’m dissatisfied with service. Medicines are most likely as described, but I end up buying it through normal pharmacy anyway. Save your self a hassle and go to normal physical pharmacy.

Hi Agnes, We could not make it any clearer on the website Royal Mail are having major issues and for customers to use an alternate courier if the order is of an urgent nature (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55263177 its headline news) We prepare all packages the same day and these are collected by Royal Mail themselves on a daily basis.

Hi Nicole, We have checked your tracking information and the parcel has been marked as delivered. The parcel did arrive late, however, as we have stated on the checkout page Royal Mail have major issues at the moment and for customers to use DPD if they can. You chose to ignore this and pick the cheapest method of delivery.

I still haven't received the item. I'm sure it's the post offices fault but it's over ten days late atm

You are lying to the people offering 48 hours delivery. I got my parcel in one week time.

Unfortunately we do not own Royal Mail and control their procedures for dealing with lockdowns. I'm sure you will find we dispatched the item promptly and have clearly stated at the checkout page that Royal Mail are operating at a 80% capacity with delays being inevitable.
