“Products easy to find and understand what’s needed. Delivery not satisfactory though, I paid extra to get next day delivery so I would receive the order before I went on holiday. It was two days later than expected.”

“I had been using this product for a afew weeks back in January, it worked great at stopping food cravings.. I decided to try it again this past 2 weeks.. I'm seeing no benifits at all. Unsure if the product has changed. No impact on food cravings at all. No weight loss obviously. I actually had to double check that I had bought the same product.”

“Dont believe the product to be orlistat if so it very low strength ..had no effect..ive taken orlistat before and as soon as i ate any thing with fat in it used to run oily at toilet.”

“Great idea although I was sent some tablets with a sticker for ear spray (which I’d ordered) when I wrote to complain the correct ear spray was sent within 4 days. If needed more urgently would have been a problem and should have been double checked before being sent out,”

“Libre 2 pack - delivery good. However it work's only on specific phone instruments which also has to have very specific operating systems. Unable to use the item until I purchase a new phone or a libre sensor reader costing extra approx £50. Cannot return the item as the pharmacist who was trying to help me opened the box.”

“I was really disappointed with my experience because the items I received were different from the items I ordered. To be precise I ordered soluble vitamins because I have difficulty swallowing big capsules, guess what/ big capsules is what I have gotten. Ok, they apologised and refunded the price difference between the products but I am stuck here, having to manage those big capsules every day. Not sure I will order from them again”
