“Product was faulty [Freestyle Libre2 Sensor for type 2 diabetes]. After reporting this to PharmacyOnline.co.uk I was given via email a link to the manufacturer and basically told to sort it out with them. I'm sorry but that slopey shoulder is unacceptable. I hope the author of your company's response takes her faulty back to the manufacturer and not the dealer when she has a fault. Good luck with that. Being an online company certainly makes you faceless and a Shirkah to you responsibilities to YOUR customers.”

“I paid for guaranteed next day delivery on a Sunday, I was aware it would be probably arrive Tuesday because it was the weekend, but it didn’t arrive until the Thursday. Very disappointing!”

“I have placed order and spent extra delivery charges for next day delivery but after I have paid money I had to wait for my order longer and upon asking them I was told it might take days even more than expected to deliver that .they asked me to cancel the order as the day of delivery is uncertain so it was canceled upon their recommendation It’s ridiculous on the part when you are charging extra for on time delivery Disappointed”

“Very unhappy with my purchase. I received the tracking and the box but the bottom of box was in an X Shape and there was a gap where the tablets had fallen out. I have spent now 2 weeks trying to get a refund and it's very frustrating!!!! I've even checked the tracking and it's scanned again a week after I was meant to have received it. Still the refuse to refund me!! Avoid!!!!!!”
