Hello Jack, We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. As stated on our website, orders made before 15:30 would be dispatched on the same day. Your order was made on a Saturday, after the cut-off time required to be eligible for DPD Sunday delivery and would have been delivered to you the following Sunday. Due to this, your order was switched to the most suitable next day service so that your order would not be delayed by a week. We hope this helps and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I paid extra postage for the item to arrive on a specific day. It didn’t arrive. I wrote to ask for my postage to be refunded for my inconvenience (the item was urgently needed) and have received no reply from customer service. I will not be using this Company again as they are extremely unreliable.

Item Didn’t arrive when said it would, took 6 days instead of next day we ordered on a Saturday so expected it on the Monday but got it on the Friday instead .

My experience was very disappointing. I ordered a specific brand of medicine and my order was confirmed with a photo showing the exact brand I ordered but was surprised to receive a cheaper and less effective alternative brand and when I complained I receive a rude reply making it all my mistake because I did not read the "small print" which states that photos are only for illustration and advertised brand does not guarantee that this is what I receive. I do not recommend this pharmacy unless you do not mind receiving a cheaper and less effective brand of your preferred medicine without even the right to complain!

Good evening, Apologies for your disappointing experience using Pharmacy Online. We always aim to provide the best healthcare possible. It is important to state however that images that are used on the website are indeed for illustrative purposes only. We have made this clear on our website. Also, for generic medication, there is no such thing as an "inferior brand". As a pharmacy, we have very little control of what generic brand a supplier will send us when we order, say for examole, paracetamol. Hundreds of companies make this particular medication, and it is extremely difficult to be brand/generic specific for each order. We hope this particular experience will not dissuade you from using us again.

Hi Pooja, You had placed your order on the 12/4 with Royal Mail tracked 48 as your delivery option (2-3 days), Your order was delivered on time on the 15/4. If you can get in touch with us to let us know why you aren't happy, we may be able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Hi Stuart, We are sorry you feel this way. Our primary objective is to protect patients and make sure medicines are purchased safely. Certain medicines require more monitoring than others, which is why we restrict sales to a certain limit. Item not arrived yet again, ordered item before and always long delivery times. Can’t recommend this supplier will have to use other suppliers in the future

Hi Glenn, Thanks for your feedback. I can see that you ordered your item on the 27th February, and was delivered the 1st March. Considering you chose the slowest method of delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) we consider a 2 day turnaround to be efficient and within the guidelines for delivery. We sincerely hope you use Pharmacy Online in the future

Hi Darren, Thanks for your feedback. As you ordered your item after our 3.30pm cut off time for next day delivery, it would not have been logistically possible to get the item to you. DPD have a certain pick up time from our warehouse and we have no control over this. We sincerely hope you use Pharmacy Online again in the future

Ordered 16 days ago and still not arrived . Royal Mail has lost the parcel and it is apparently another 10 or so days delay while pharmacyonline raises the issue with them. Presumably they will then be able to send the product out again but it will have been around a month of waiting for it to arrive . Not the best service particularly when dealing with medicine that people are potentially in need of . I know it isn’t pharmacyonlines fault the parcel was mislaid, but am annoyed the product couldn’t have been re-sent to me in the meantime.

Hi Hannah, Thanks for your feedback. We do apologise for what you have had to deal with. Sadly our hands are tied as we have to follow our procedures and policies before we snd out another replacement item. Once Royal Mail have sent back the original parcel and we take custody of it, we will be in a position then to resend it out to you. We do hope this experience hasnt put you off using our service in the future

Hi Lynn, Thanks for your feedback. As a company we havee to fully investigate each missing parcel as medicines are involved. Once we get to the boittom of each investigation we make individual decisions based on each case. We hope you can understand the position we are in for that particular problem

My order arrived over 10 days after ordering despite advertising 48 hour delivery on the website and customer services simply blamed royal mail and would not give me a refund. Do not use this website if you want the goods in 48 hours!

Hi Laura, Many apologies for the delay. I can confirm that your parcel left our warehouse in a timely manner and was handed over to Royal Mail. From there, it is the couriers responsibility to make sure they delivery it to you within the stated timeframe. Unfortunately we do not have any authority over how long they take and if they have any delays.

the lactolose you sent me was entirely different from the one displayed on your site it made me really ill and as I am 87yrs o f age under treat ment for cancer I am still trying t recover from this vile stuff you sent me,you should be ashamed of yourselves

Hi Robert, many apologies for the mix up. As stated on our website, pictures of medication are strictly for illustrative purposes only. We receive many different brands of each medication on a daily basis as we cannot order in brand specific medicines, in particular for lactulose. I can give you a guarantee that the medicine you received is correct and is the same as other brands. I hope this information helps. Ordered two Difflam ,said 300ml, explaining why two needed. Was under impression order accepted, but I only received one 200ml bottle.

Hi Claire, I've had a look at your order. I can confirm you only placed an order for one 200ml bottle and payment was only taken for one bottle. ( we do not stock 300ml bottles ). If you had placed an order for two and one was rejected, a refund would have been issued, which is not the case.
