You refused to sell me the product I require i.e Melatonin becasue you say i am over 75 yet i have been using melatonin for over 30 year on and off to hep me to sleep and can't see why i can't buy it now from you. I spoke to my daughter who is asenior partnebr in her surgery and she can't understand it either. What exactly do yoou mean by this?

I had a cough for several months with occasional green phlegm. After supplying all the information required I was told that they couldn't help with any treatment for tonsillitis. I haven't got any tonsils and I'm not displaying any symptoms of tonsillitis. What sort of doctors are analysing the data? Incompetent ones, clearly.

I never received my order. I paid for quicker delivery too. I know dpd tried to deliver but I asked them to leave the parcel and they didn't. Now I don't even need what I purchased as its too late

Paid for 24 hour delivery on Monday evening... so expected it Wednesday at the lastest. It arrived Friday damaged. Won't be using again

My order got delivered and it got pinched because they put it at side of my bins on a Main Street hence why I didn’t put a safe place this was 2 weeks ago and problem still hasn’t be resolved so I’m over £60 down at this point and no medication

Ordered medication worth £250. It arrived damaged and Royal Mail took photos and provided me with a reference number to provide to Pharmacy Online. Pharmacy online have spent 2 weeks arguing with me and refusing a refund. Beware if anything goes wrong with your delivery, they won't help! Worst customer service I've ever recieved and I will NEVER order from them again

I emailed Pharmacy Online after discovering an air bubble in the saxenda pen fluid that is injected into the body. I was extremely concerned due to stories I've read about people dying from air bubbles such as this when injected into the blood stream. Despite having emailed their support re my concern a week has gone by and I still have not received a response! Very poor considering it is people's health they are failing to respond to.

First order 1 item was out of stock so entire order was delayed. Second order took 9 days to arrive despite all being in stock when states 1-2 days on the site. Won’t be using again.

Hi Julie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have reviewed your order and can see you made your purchase on the 29th of June after the cut-off time for same-day dispatch. Your item was dispatched the following day on the 30th of June using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which you selected at check out. This Royal Mail service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. I have checked with Royal Mail and can see your order was delivered on the 2nd July. This was quicker than the suggested timescale as your order arrived within 2 days of dispatch and on a Saturday which is outwith the working day timescale. From what I can see, this was your first order with us. I have tried to contact you on two separate occasions to discuss your review further however there has been no answer. I got a royal mail card saying that I need to ring to get my medication re-sent out no kock on the door...Al never use this site again for a box of paramol I not even ringing royal mail for my payed for medication
